1. Algemeen
1.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle producten, diensten, bestellingen, overeenkomsten en leveringen van YINDY.shop, gevestigd in [adres of plaats, indien van toepassing].

2. Productaanbod
2.1 YINDY.shop biedt diverse producten aan, waaronder ESSA knuffels, biothane hondenriemen, bullet journal supplies, inpakspullen, edelstenen, kaarthouders en cadeauartikelen.
2.2 Wij streven ernaar om de producten zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te beschrijven en af te beelden. Kleuren en specificaties kunnen echter afwijken door beeldscherminstellingen of productvariaties.
2.3 Alle prijzen zijn inclusief btw, tenzij anders vermeld. Eventuele verzendkosten worden apart weergegeven tijdens het afrekenen.
3. Bestellen en Betalen
3.1 Bestellingen kunnen uitsluitend via de webshop worden geplaatst.
3.2 Betaling dient volledig en vooraf te worden voldaan via de aangeboden betaalmethoden (bijv. iDEAL, creditcard, PayPal).
3.3 Na betaling ontvangt u een bevestiging per e-mail. Controleer deze op juistheid en meld eventuele fouten direct.
4. Levering
4.1 YINDY.shop verzendt bestellingen naar adressen binnen Europa.
4.2 Wij streven naar een snelle levering. De geschatte levertijd wordt tijdens het bestellen vermeld. Vertragingen door derden zijn echter buiten onze verantwoordelijkheid.
4.3 Het risico van beschadiging of verlies van producten gaat over op de koper zodra de bestelling is geleverd.
5. Herroepingsrecht
5.1 U heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden de aankoop te annuleren.
5.2 Om van dit recht gebruik te maken, dient u contact op te nemen via [e-mail/contactformulier]. De producten moeten onbeschadigd, ongebruikt en in originele verpakking worden geretourneerd.
5.3 De kosten voor retourzending zijn voor rekening van de koper. Na ontvangst van de retour zullen wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terugbetalen.
6. Garantie en Klachten
6.1 YINDY.shop staat ervoor in dat de geleverde producten voldoen aan de overeenkomst en de redelijke eisen van deugdelijkheid en bruikbaarheid.
6.2 Heeft u een klacht? Neem dan binnen 7 dagen na ontdekking contact met ons op via e-mail of het contactformulier op de website. Wij streven ernaar om klachten binnen 14 dagen af te handelen.
6.3 Schade door verkeerd gebruik valt niet onder de garantie.
7. Aansprakelijkheid
7.1 YINDY.shop is niet aansprakelijk voor schade veroorzaakt door verkeerd gebruik van de producten.
7.2 Onze maximale aansprakelijkheid beperkt zich tot het bedrag van de betreffende bestelling.
8. Privacy

9. Toepasselijk recht
9.1 Op deze algemene voorwaarden is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.

2.3 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout. -
Ordering and Payment
